Coollaboratory Liquid MetalPad - 3x CPU 2x GPU

The Coollaboratory Liquid MetalPad is the first metallic heat conducting pad which melts with only slight heating (BurnIn) and thus creates an optimal heat transfer between the contact surfaces. It consists of 100 percent of a highly thermally conductive metal alloy and thus enables outstanding heat transfer with minimal effort for installation or possible subsequent deinstallation.

The thermal pad can be used on all materials, such as aluminum or copper, without any problems. In addition, it does not age and it does not have to be replaced regularly. Of course, the Liquid MetalPad is RoHS compliant and absolutely non-toxic.

In addition to the blister packaging, the scope of delivery includes three 38 x 38 mm and two 30 x 30 mm Liquid MetalPads, detailed instructions and a cleaning set (for cleaning the contact surfaces before and after using the Liquid MetalPad).
