The Coollaboratory Liquid MetalPad is the first metallic heat conducting pad that melts when only slightly heated and thus creates an optimal heat transfer between the contact surfaces. It consists of 100 percent of a highly thermally conductive metal alloy and thus enables outstanding heat transfer with minimal effort for installation or possible subsequent deinstallation.

The thermal pad can be used on all materials, such as aluminum or copper, without any problems. In addition, it does not age and it does not have to be replaced regularly. Of course, the Liquid MetalPad is RoHS compliant and absolutely non-toxic.

In addition to the blister pack, the scope of delivery includes a 30 x 30 mm Liquid MetalPad and detailed instructions.
