Thermally conductive adhesives have two tasks: The assembly of heat sinks and the best possible heat conduction between the heat source and the cooler. From a technical point of view, thermally conductive adhesives are two-component adhesives, usually based on epoxides or silicones. The best possible thermal conductivity is usually achieved using metallic fillers.

The processing time (pot life) varies depending on the thermally conductive adhesive. In our range you will therefore find the option of being able to choose the desired processing time.
