The Liquid Copper is a high-performance thermal paste, which consists of a high-quality silicone matrix and micro-copper particles. The thermal paste is not electrically conductive and can be combined with all imaginable materials, making it the perfect alternative to the liquid metal thermal paste from Coollaboratory.
The Liquid Copper can be spread very easily and without problems on the contact surfaces with the enclosed plastic card (or alternatively, for example, a small spatula). The amount contained in the tube is usually sufficient for several applications.
