The Coollaboratory Liquid Pro liquid metal thermal paste offers extreme performance and unlimited usability for the transfer of waste heat. Due to its composition, it surpasses any conventional thermal paste based on carrier materials and solid components such as metal oxides. In addition, it is completely liquid and does not contain any solid additives.
The Liquid Pro liquid metal thermal paste consists exclusively of non-toxic, highly thermally conductive metals. It does not contain any non-metallic or solid additives. This results in the very good thermal conductivity in comparison with other contact means. It is liquid at room temperature - but does not drip, is also completely non-toxic and, with a little practice, is very easy to apply and use.
The application of the Coollaboratory Liquid Pro liquid metal thermal paste is simple and unproblematic. The liquid heat transfer agent is applied as thinly as possible on both sides with a brush or a lint-free cotton swab. Due to the adhesion, it does not drip and can therefore of course also be used vertically. The application creates a very thin, shiny metallic coating which, when the contact surfaces are connected, combines to form a highly thermally conductive and extremely thin layer. This enables absolutely outstanding thermal conductivity values and excellent cooling performance. The amount contained in the syringe is usually sufficient for several applications.
The removal of liquid metal is also not a problem, especially since the smallest bumps on the contact surfaces are permanently refined (sealed) with liquid metal. We recommend polishing pastes for cleaning, such as those used for cleaning chrome parts on vehicles. Metal grinding pads are also very efficient (see instructions).
Note: The Liquid Pro liquid metal thermal paste was developed exclusively for use with high-quality contact surfaces made of copper, silver, nickel or gold. It is not suitable for use on an aluminum contact surface!
