HighFlow Radiator - aluminum, 1075 x 245 x 80 mm
innovatek received the Innovative through Research award from the Stifterverband The innovatek HighFlow radiator made of aluminum hard solder impresses with an extremely high performance, which can be optimally adapted for any cooling system by us. The heat exchanger functions as a counterflow design with two 1/2-inch threads and offers a very high flow rate.
The radiator model shown here with the dimensions 1075 x 245 mm and a thickness of 80 mm represents an extremely powerful variant, which offers enough surface for cooling with, for example, large radial fans. You can find a corresponding example in the last product image, in which the radial fans themselves are fixed within the cooling system to a separate mounting plate that is not included in the scope of delivery. On request, we can of course offer you a mounting bracket suitable for your project - also for the heat exchanger itself.
Provided the flow rate and air supply/volume are optimal, the innovatek HighFlow heat exchanger has a thermal resistance of approximately 0.000133 K/W (~ 7.5 kW/K) at 10,000 watts, for example. This performance is, of course, dependent on the size of radiator ultimately used, the fans used, and the airflow and flow within the cooling system.
