Coolants and water additives
The heart of water cooling is not the cooler or the pump, but the coolant, which transports the waste heat in the cooling system and thus makes the cooling of all types of semiconductors (e.g. processors, ...) possible. In addition to removing the heat, a good coolant also protects the individual components within a cooling system from corrosion (especially when using different metals) and bioburden (algae).
Coolant in different containers
With the coolants from the Protect family developed and produced by us, you can ensure that your cooling system is optimally protected. The liquids are extremely long-lasting and do not contain any suspended matter, which prevents clogging of heat sinks, radiators, pumps and other components. Due to the high level of protection offered by innovatek Protect against corrosion, you can safely use different metals in your water cooling system. Each coolant from the Protect family has its own strengths and target groups.

innovatek Protect IP
The classic among coolants
Protect IP does not contain boron and reliably protects your water cooling or your cooling system against corrosion and bioburden. The coolant is also the optimal choice when using different metals (aluminum and copper). In addition to its use in the industrial sector, it is also indispensable in computer and server systems' cooling circuits.
In addition to corrosion protection, it offers a reduction in surface tension (reduction in the formation of bubbles on surfaces such as the cooler) and a foam brake that reliably counteracts foam formation. Innovatek Protect also acts as a lubricant for the pump.

innovatek Protect PRO
For mixing with tap water
Protect PRO does not contain boron and offers the same excellent properties as our classic Protect IP, but can also be mixed with normal tap water (instead of distilled water). Of course, the Protect PRO is also the ideal choice for using different metals (aluminum and copper) in a cooling circuit.

innovatek Protect N
For use in the food and luxury food sector
Protect N not only offers protection against corrosion and organic contamination, but can also be used in the food and luxury goods sector without any worries because it does not use ethanediol. The use of different metals (aluminum and copper) is not a problem with this coolant either.

innovatek Protect R
For the use of pumps with shaft seals
Protect R does not contain any silicate, is boron-free and especially suitable for pumps with shaft seals. In addition, the coolant does not contain any substances that are included in the REACH candidate list.

innovatek Protect KOR
Water-based coolant for steel and non-ferrous metal
Protect KOR is a water-based coolant and was specially designed for closed circuits and open systems for hydraulic tests of components. It is therefore suitable e.g. for pumps, pipes and tanks made of steel or copper alloys, especially in production (series production).
The coolant can be used as a coolant or, alternatively, can be brushed or sprayed onto corresponding parts. In addition, it protects your system temporarily and reliably against corrosion and is also the optimal choice for protecting the components when using various non-ferrous metals (copper, brass, bronze, aluminum) and steel within a cooling system.
