X-Flow XEON

The innovatek X-Flow XEON water cooler impresses with its enormous performance as well as a height of only 18 mm, which allows the cooler to be used even in the smallest spaces. Its 10 mm thick base plate is made of high-purity copper, which was also elaborately nickel-plated by us.

The base plate is extremely flat and thus enables optimal contact with the processor. The X-Flow flow profile integrated into the cooler also allows optimal utilization of the coolant. The profile and the main part of the base plate are located inside the case. The full metal housing is absolutely corrosion-resistant and unbreakable.

Out of the box, the water cooler is delivered with two angled 10-8 mm connectors, which can of course be easily replaced by the user. In combination with the two included connectors, the cooler has a height of about 42 mm.

Mechanically, the cooler is fixed with a 4-hole mounting system, whereby the water cooler is screwed to the motherboard with four stud bolts. Inasmuch as the back of the motherboard is not accessible when installed, it has to be removed for mounting.

Originally, the water cooler was developed for Intel's powerful server processors based on sockets 771, 603 and 604, for which a corresponding mounting kit is included. Of course, mounting on other processors and chips is also possible, as long as the mounting holes of the base plate are compatible.

Tip: If the mounting holes do not fit your application, the water cooler can also be mounted with our High Silver thermal adhesive.
