The circuit within a water cooling system lives from the movement of the cooling liquid in order to transport the waste heat absorbed by the coolers to the heat exchangers (radiators) as quickly as possible. However, if this so-called flow rate is too low, the temperature of the cooling medium can rise and the cooling capacity can drop significantly.
